<p>I just want to point out that I don't really care what anyone says about my chances. I'm just bored and feel like posting something fun.</p>

<p>Applied Early Decision</p>

<p>White, male, good-looking (well, cute at least)</p>

<p>Mediocre, medium-sized public high school in rural Northern NY state. I don't think anyone's ever got into Pton.</p>

<p>SAT: 1470,2190 (800 M, 670 CR, 720 W)
SAT II: 800 Math II, 800 Chem, 700 Lit
ACT: 32
GPA: 98.3% (it's sorta weighted, but not the same as everyone else's. We can't go over 100 in any class even with the curve)
Rank: 1/~220
Most rigorous courseload (a whopping 4 AP classes)
AP US history (the only one I've taken thus far) - scored 4
On the NY regents exams, i got 6 100s, 2 99s, and 2 98s.
National merit commended student</p>

<p>I took all standardized tests ONCE.</p>

<p>ECs:</p>

<h1>1 Bass trombonist in NY state (all-eastern, all-state, etc.)</h1>

<p>I also play tenor trombone, tuba, and to some extent a couple random instruments
**sent a music supplement w/cd including the above listed and a couple songs i wrote (i dunno how good they are, though)
Habitat for Humanity President and former treasurer
Cross-country; captain grades 11-12; named honorable mention league all-star in a tough league
Track; went to state qualifiers in steeplechase
Wrestling in 12th grade only just for fun
Quiz Bowl -- we won last year
Math league -- i came in 2nd from our school in 9th grade, 1st in 10th and 11th grade
Science Olympiad
NHS</p>

<p>Essays: quite nice, i think
Recs: pretty standard except my calc teacher who raved about me being a "genius" and a billion other things
Interview: went fine. Nothing that special.</p>

<p>anyways, so-so scores but kick-ass music hook. you are in 100% if princeton needs a bass trombonist. if not, you still have great great chance.</p>

<p>No, no...i didn't mean "quiz bowl" like that. It's a local TV version called "whiz quiz". We won from our region.</p>
