Uhoh, SAT I/II dilemma

Ack, well I didn't plan my testing very well this year.

The first time I'm taking the SATI is on June 2nd (I'm a junior). I'll make it count but I'll most likely have to retake it.

From what I understand, I can't possibly take the SATII's (I've taken none so far, plan on taking math2c, chem, and ush) until the fall. I guess that gets rid of part of my dilemma of having way too much stress.

Besides the obvious loss of subject info retention, will taking the SATII's in october hurt my admissions? Will it be too late for some colleges or will it be looked down upon (I'll take all three at once, probably because I have to)?

And after June, will I only have one more stab at the SAT?

after June, you have Oct. and Nov. (exclude Nov for ED/EA).

Therefore, if you do well on your SAT I in June and don't need to retake it, you have 2 chances to take your SAT II's.

HOWEVER, if you need to retake your SAT I, then that leaves you with ONE day to take THREE SAT II's.

So prep well for your June test and hope that it's the last you'll take! Good luck!
