Uin?

I submitted my app 13 days ago and still havent received my UIN number (through the post or an email) Has anyone else who submitted around this time frame received it?

it took about a while for my daughters to come and she submitted her application in Mid November(Nov 17) her UIN came on Dec 8th. Of course Thanksgiving was in this time. I am sure that the Admissions Office is way way backed up at this time. I wouldnt worry. I'm sure a quick call to Admissions in the morning will tell you the same thing.

The average wait is 2 - 3 weeks according to an admissions consoler. I submitted mine two weeks ago and no UIN yet.

this is a pick time... so u've to wait for a while.... it might take another 2-3 weeks... don't worry..
i got little late too

thanks for all of your replies.
Just wanna make sure they have my stuff

nevermind, i just got it today (as an email).
another quick question, how long will it take for me to receive an admissions decision?

That all depends. A&M is technically a rolling admissions university, meaning they release admission decisions continually throughout the process (from September through April). If you are an automatic admit, you will have your decision in just a few weeks from submitting your application as no review of your application against other students is necessary. The rest of the applications are under review by the admissions board and can come at any time. At this point, the majority of review applicants probably won't here until sometime in March.

Admissions office told us it would be at least April before the review admits were notified. On our tour we randomly asked students when they received their letters of acceptance. There were a few who didn't get notified until late May.
For my daughter, she applied the day before Thanksgiving going in as a review admit and was notifed of admission on Jan 13. So your admission can come at any time. We were surprised

Well i just found out that they either dont have my transcript or it hasnt been processed. Im thinking that it may have gotten lost in the mail because i sent it in early December... I went ahead and sent of another copy today but according to their website anything received after the 28th wont be considered. crap...
