I am currently attending my community college, and I will graduate with my A.S. degree next Spring. I am considering transferring to the University of Illinois-Urban-Champaign, Illinois State University, or Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.

I am a biology/pre-med major.
My high school gpa was (I think) 3.97. My ACT score was 27, although I am not sure they will consider it as heavily because of all of my college credits.

My transfer/college gpa is a 4.0 (so far :).

Like I said, I am a biology/pre-med major.
On a side note, which college would you choose and why?

If you don’t think UIUC would accept me, what Illinois school would I have a good chance at?

Also, what do you think my chances would be at:
Bradley University
University of Illinois at Springfield
Illinois State University

I think you’re a shoe in at all of those colleges. They won’t consider your high school transcripts or ACT scores if you have at least 30 hours of credit (if your getting A.S. degree then you probably do). Your transfer G.P.A. is definitely high enough. Obviously engineering and business are the most competitive schools so you don’t have to worry about that. Great job so far and I would be shocked if you got rejected from any of those schools.
