Right now my major is biology for all of them (might go into premed) but in case i give up on that tedious path and i want to switch to CS then which school would be the best? Trying to look for a school with both good med and CS programs
Very difficult to switch in to CS at UIUC.
Which UW?
Changing into CS would be easy at Wisconsin or Wyoming, difficult at Washington.
Net price at each?
All of those schools have solid to excellent programs in both fields. Have you visited any of them? What else do you want in a college besides just major? Do you want to be in a small college town (like UIUC) or in a larger city (like Boston U, Northeastern, and possibly UW depending on what the W stands for)? Northeastern has the co-op program; is that something that appeals to you?
Think bigger than just major.
To be fair, if you can’t even do the major you want, that is a pretty important consideration. That’s a very real problem for UIUC and UW (assuming Washington) due to the competitiveness of the major.
That said, of course look at things beyond major. In this case though, it should weigh a bit more.
