All good choices with good reputations. Need more info about the factors that matter in your decision. Cost, distance, location, class sizes, sports culture, co-op program vs. traditional approach. What matters to you? Any preference among the three?
Congrats on the great acceptances!
What major have you been accepted to at UIUC? And you are a James Scholar? That will be tough to beat, assuming you like the major you have been accepted to.
Have you visited these schools? All the academics will be fine, depending on engineering major, I might rank UIUC > GTech or vice versa, and both higher than NEU. But, NEU will get you to where you want to be, and honors is great to have.
The social vibes, and location/settings of these schools are quite different. Which appeals more considering those factors? What about ease of travel?
Lastly, if cost is a consideration, what are the relative net COAs?
Unless there is a compelling reason in favor of NEU (cost or location preference), I’d drop that and focus on UIUC vs GT.
I’d second (or third) the suggestion to drop NEU and focus on the other two, where quality of academics, networking and reputation in the field are similar. That brings you (broadly) to location and campus culture. IMO, Atlanta offers much, much more, especially in the tech field, than rural Illinois. The same is true of culture, which in GT’s case is expanded to include Atlanta and not confined to campus.
Anyone can list schools.
What are your inputs - costs, do you want to be in a big city or rural, cold or not cold clmiates, etc., distance from home, etc.
Need a lot more info.
