Looking at this list, your best three options are RPI, UIUC, and Purdue.

Assuming you visited and feel equally about each campus environment, that is you like the non-academic offerings, campus atmosphere and student body we will proceed with the objective analysis.

Financially, they set you in approximately equal standing for starting salaries as seen by the NACE surveys.

RPI-74,567

Purdue-74,320
<a href=“Purdue CCO”>https://www.cco.purdue.edu/common/SalaryMay11.pdf

Considering PayScale’s ratings of the university (mid-career salary potential) http://www.payscale.com/college-salary-report-2013/research-universities

RPI-105,00
UIUC-95,900
Purdue-87,200

Financially, the difference between the schools cost-wise would be (assuming base cost of 42k)

RPI-0
Purdue-12k
UIUC-30k

Based upon pure finances, debt above RPI base cost is:
RPI-0
Purdue-48k
UIUC-120k

Financially, the best prospects appear to be RPI. However, you must make sure you will be happy at RPI. There are fewer “big school” sports and a much smaller campus. If these activities are things you wish to participate in, RPI may not be the school for you. On the flip side, this makes face time with professors easier. It’s a trade off; is UIUC worth a year and a half of your starting salary without including cost of living or taxes to you? Best of luck with your decision.

Note: UIUC salary was pulled from their Computer Science, not Computer Engineering. Computer Engineering pays 71,600; 9,518 dollars less than Computer Science. I reread your post and noticed you said in the engineering discipline, so I amended this post to add the numbers for you.
