UK Competitive Scholarship renewal requirements

My daughter will be a senior and is interested in attending UK. She is an exceptional student and should qualify for some of the competitive scholarships that UK offers freshmen. I want to find out what the renewal requirements are to keep the scholarships (minimum GPA required and how often it is reviewed each year) as well as if there is any sort of grace period or probationary period where she can still receive the scholarship while she academically recovers in case she does slip below the minimum. I am trying to provide her with this information so she realizes the importance of keeping up her GPA while away from her parents.

From the UK site:
Some automatic scholarships, such as the Flagship and Flagship Scholarship for Non-Residents, are one-year non-renewable scholarships. This means the award is only good for your freshman year. For four-year renewable academic scholarships, such as the Singletary, Patterson, Presidential, Commonwealth, National Excellence, and Provost Scholarships, students are required to maintain full-time status (minimum 12 hours each semester) and achieve a 3.300 cumulative GPA each semester. Scholarship eligibility is checked at the end of the fall and spring terms. Please keep a copy of and review your scholarship acceptance form for any specifics regarding renewal requirements.

The Singletary Scholarship also has the condition that you remain enrolled in and complete the Honors program as well as a 1 credit hour year-long Singletary Scholar Class.
