I know Honors is the most prestigious program, 4 years honor college while scholars is only a two year version.
I also got into carillon communities. No one so far has said they got into FIRE which is another first year program like carillon. I am assuming carillon is higher ranked than FIRE?

Yes, and as an OOS you may end up w/more money than some in-state.
I don’t believe it’s a scholarship, just a first year program.
