UMich Admission Standards OOS vs IS

<p>Are they the same? I have been told IS is a little easier than OOS in terms of Academics - ie ACT, GPA. Does anyone know?</p>

<p>Definitely. There are more OOS applicants, but instaters get 2/3s of the seats.</p>
