<p>I'm having trouble finding something to write about for one of the UMich essays.</p>

<p>Pick 1
[A] Describe a setback that you have faced. How did you resolve it? How did the outcome affect you? If something similar happened in the future, how would you react? </p>

<p>OR</p>

<p>** Discuss an issue of local concern. Why is this issue important to you? How do you think it should be addressed? </p>

<p>OR</p>

<p>[C] Tell us about a book you have read that you found especially challenging, stimulating, or provocative. Explain why it made an impact on you. </p>

<p>I'm not much of a reader so I haven't considered the 3rd one much. Since you all don't know much about me I am not asking for direct ideas to write about. I was just curious on some topics others may have picked or any general idea.

<p>I had trouble with this too. I’m a total bookworm, so I ended up writing the third one though I don’t know how much I like the essay. Just go with whatever you can talk about most easily would be my advice.</p>

<p>thats what i’ve been thinking about doing, none of them have much of my interest. Ill see what i can do.
