Hello All! Just wondering what kind of chance my son has of being accepted to umich. He has indicated interest in the International Studies major and also in the Turkish Language and Culture program. His GPA is 3.93. He has 9 AP’s, leadership roles, leads a foreign affairs discussion group in our community, and 2140 SAT. We’re hoping that his interest in Turkish Lang study will help is application.

@ s16s18s21s25 How can you tell that U Mich EA acceptance release date is this Friday as their site reads:
“Early Action decision release — no later than December 24” ?
I think that people have just observed, over the past few years, that the Friday before Christmas tends to be their trend. Good luck!!!

Also a friend of mine got an email from UMich that they will inform their EA decision this Saturday. Did anyone else get an email from them?
@sreya124. We didn’t get that email. Maybe it was a response to an email that your friend sent asking about decisions? At any rate, sounds like we’ll know soon. Best of luck… : )
They have been announcing the EA results since ~3pm. Check your WA. It may be updated earlier than the e-mail.
