<p>I am narrowing down my college choice now: University of Minnesota-twin cities, UC Irvine and Pennsylvania State University-University Park.
I think all three of them are really good schools and It's hard for me to decide!
Please tell me your opinions about these schools.
By the way, I'm an international student..
Tuition fees are quite important.. I think U of Minnesota has the lowest tuition fee?
