I’ve been admitted to Rochester Institute of Technology and University of Minnesota Twin Cities. I’m interested in engineering, specifically mechanical, but I have interests in materials engineering and environmental engineering. I was wondering if anyone knows how they compare or have any experience with either. The costs will be similar for me and they seem to be both very good engineering schools. The city is a very important factor for me so UMN wins there but RIT has a great co-op program. Does anyone know the benefit of RITs co-op program when I could also do a co-op at UMN?
