<p>So basically my dilemma is that I'm not able to do much college visiting, because except for my safeties, everything else is really spread out (St. Louis, Chicago, Hanover, NYC). Will it hurt my application if I haven't been able to visit the school? I plan on doing my visiting in the spring once I know where I've gotten in (this is what my parents approve of, because they assume I'm not going to get into all 4 of my non-safeties)</p>
<p>I'm from central IL and I actually did the Hanover/Chicago/WUSTL trek in one trip. Granted, I don't know where you are from, but it's really not that bad of a drive between all of them. Just a thought :)</p>

<p>I'm visiting my sister in Waltham in November, but she refuses to take a day trip to Hanover. She says she might be willing to do a day trip to NYC (which is silly, the driveis over an hourlonger, but whatever), which I guess is better than nothing.</p>
