UNC Chapel Hill-- Class of 2020 Applicant... What are my chances?

Really, really hoping to get in. Here are my stats:

Weighted GPA: 4.0 (out of 4.0)
Class rank: 2
SAT: 2220 (CR: 690, M: 730, W: 800)
ACT: 32
Currently taking the most rigorous classes at my school (all community college classes)

Leadership:
President of NHS
VP of Junior Class

Experience:
Summer internship at a Level One Trauma Hospital
Waitress

My school is relatively new (my class will be the 7th graduating class), but so far Chapel Hill has been accepting a handful of seniors every year. Is this enough to at least get my foot in the door?

Instate? You are obviously smart enough to know that your stats are good (though unweighted GPA is more useful, and knowing if you are #2/20 or #2/200 would be interesting as well), but really what’s missing here is how the AdComms will know anything about who you are and what you would add to the community.
