<p>UNC-CH is much easier to get into out of state as a transfer than for freshman. UF is a relatively easy transfer...hard to say "minimum GPA" without knowing what what school, whether high school, or college, etc. need more info. A 3.3 from Cornell is very different than a 3.3 from Ohio State.</p>
<p>i meant transfering from a california community college to either of these.</p>
