Undergrad b-schools that get you good jobs and grad school placement?

I am looking into the following schools:

colorado- leeds
indiana- kelley - obviously a good one
penn state- smeal
pitt
maryland- smith
delaware
wisconsin

This is VERY tentative and that is why they are of varying calibur. Can somebody direct me toward some othe b-schools around this calibur that would provide the best opportunities for employment and grad school? you can also tell me how well the above schools would fare if you dont mind.

Temple
UConn
UMass
Ohio State
Purdue
Arizona
Arizona State
Miami FL
Miami OH
Clemson
Michigan State
Syracuse
James Madison
Oregon

bump, this is very important for me to figure out

Exactly how selective are the schools you’re interested in? The most renown undergrad business program that opens lots of opportunities is Wharton of UPenn; are you only looking at less selective schools?

yes, i am looking at the ones similar to the calibur that i posted.

U of O kids who graduated business school last year all have jobs- flipping burgers and babysitting.

Another

[Wisconsin School of Business Career Center - Year In Review](http://www.bus.wisc.edu/career/student/salary/yir/default.asp)

Why am I not surprised that you recently visited BC? Typical.

northeastern university

Why am i not surprised you mentioned Temple first?

^+1. Temple does not exactly trip off my tongue in thinking about strong business programs. It’s great to be proud of your school, but then there’s ■■■■■■■■. Can you back this up with recent placement info Dionte?

That’s because you’re the typical elitist CC poster. We have a great business school, with especially strong placement in the Delaware Valley.

And most kids here on CC drool over job possibilities in the Delaware Valley… I agree, I am much more typical of a CC poster than you are. I try to be aware of my surroundings at all times. Typical NY habit.

Yeah, I’m sure everyone on here would pass on a job offer in Center City Philadelphia. Yawn.

No, all those kids from Wharton or Villanova wouldnt.

That’s true; the Wharton kids (like my brother), most likely end up in NYC, and the VSB kids end up going home to Long Island, since any place where the minorities are not on the basketball team is considered ‘scary’.

hmom5- I wouldn’t be so quick to knock the Delaware Valley. Vanguard is headquartered there (near Valley Forge), for one thing. Not too shabby for a b-school grad. There are a lot of corporate HQs in King of Prussia and Valley Forge.
And you wonder why some of us don’t show New Yorkers the love…

Yup. There’s a lot going on in KOP and Valley Forge amongst other areas. Investors from Silicon Valley don’t come here for no reason.

I would think kids from Lerner get a better shot at a job in the Delaware Valley, true?
