I'm a freshman at SJSU (3.2GPA 1st sem) and say I was either an accounting or finance major, how good is the undergrad business progam at SJSU
This is also relative to my other thread in UC Transfers but would it be better to say, go to De Anza -> IGETC -> transfer to a good UC or stay at SJSU and try to transfer (would be very hard & probably end up staying here)
I would like to work somewhere in California but I know there's so many better schools out there in CA :/

First off, you need to specify what "SJSU" stands for San Jose State University. I bet few people know what SJSU is.

Second, it would be better if you can transfer to UC's. If staying at SJSU makes it very hard to transfer to other schools, then don't stay there. But let me warn you that I've heard from some ppl saying it's incredibly difficult to transfer to UCLA's biz econ or Berkeley's Haas from a community college.

What exactly do you want to do career wise? I've heard that SJSU actually has a pretty good business program, and I assume that they have a good amount of connections in the Silicon Valley area. Personally, that is about all I can offer, as I am in a similar situation you are in.

Well the people who would have input on SJSU would know what those letters stand for.
I've been reading threads on undergrad transfers from CCC's and their GPAs/ECs and who got accepted/rejected, etc and it is possible to get into say UCB and UCLA with a 3.6+.
Career wise I'd probably want to start off as either an accountant or financial analyst and then move up depending on what I want to do.
If I take the accounting path, I'd keep law in mind as I'd probably look into being a lawyer as 2 of my Uncles are both corporate lawyers.
