Undergrad history and bio major

Hola guys!

I've been recently interested in history as a major and was wondering whether anyone knew of top history schools. Because I'm also interested in science, does anyone know any schools that are good in both?

Can anyone point to a website where they rank undergrad programs?

THANK YOU

People are going to give you the standard replies of Ivies and other top schools. Do you have any more specific interests in terms of size of school, location?

Agree with Fanatic's comments. You'd have a hard time finding an academically solid college or university that *doesn't *have good history and biology deparments.

If you'd let us know your general academic standing plus what your wishlist would include -- size, part of country, urban/suburban/rural, sport/artsy, political -- I'm sure you'd get more focused suggestions.

I'm a junior in an independent school in NYC. My school doesn't do GPA or rankings, but I have like a 3.8 or 3.9 GPA. I haven't taken the SAT or ACTs yet. I have 760 on Math II SAT II and 740 on the Bio M.

I don't really have specifics about place - I'd be fine anywhere. Most colleges I'm considering are in the East Coast, though. I would prefer an urban setting, although I don't mind suburban or rural at all. Mid-size, no more than 10,000 or so.

Some colleges I've liked are Yale, Princeton, University of Chicago, UPenn, Columbia... any others would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

University of Rochester, Johns Hopkins and Hamilton might be worth a look.
