Uni of Texas at Tyler vs. Uni of Wisconsin - La Crosse @ Computer Science

<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>I am an international student applying for second bachelor degree in Computer Science. There are not many choices for me since universities always take freshman as their priority. Right now I am torn between University of Texas at Tyler and University of Wisconsin - La Crosse (UW-La Crosse is where I got my first degree so it might take about one year less if I study there)</p>

<p>Those schools are not very popular, I cannot find much information. So I would really appreciate any help/advice/experience sharing about the program rankings, jobs opportunities, campus life, etc. between those 2 schools.</p>

<p>Are you also in-state for LaCrosse? That would cut down the tuition. For UW schools, have you also thought about Stout? They have a good CS program.</p>
