Hi,

So I am in a unique situation. I was waitlisted by Penn however, this Sunday my regional director AND the dean of admissions will be at an event near where I live. Should I attend the event and speak to them? Or should I not? Would it be weird?

BTW here is the event so you know what it is about.
Penn-Wharton Club of Toronto

Thanks. :)

It probably wouldn’t hurt to go introduce yourself to them and tell them that you’re on the waitlist (and still very interested in attending Penn)–helps to put a face with the name, and shows your interest. Just don’t try to monopolize their attention, or linger around or stalk them. :)

perfect! thank you :)

Be sure to come back here and let us know how it went!

I’m thinking of going to the event today but it’s right before AP exams

OTL

Good luck canadiannigerian!
