University of California Decision Dates

I honestly had no clue that today (January 14th) was when UC Riverside started mailing out their decisions, until I checked my email during homeroom in the morning and surprise surprise. The only one that I’m aware of is UC Berkeley’s (kinda the one that I’m anticipating the most… so yeah…), which is March 27th. But now I’m curious as to when all the other UCs will release their decisions. Any clue? I’m a freshman applicant by the way.

UCB - March 27th
UCLA -
UCSD -
UCD -
UCSB -
UCI -
UCSC -
UCR - January 14th
UCM -

UCSB - March 17

Bump. I need answers.

From other threads,it appears UC Irvine usually releases honors admissions as they process it during the first two weeks of February. If selected for Regents, I think some Berkeley and other UCs get interview notifications also during that time (which essentially means they are in). So mid-February, there should be some more acceptances rolling in.

Based on last years experience with my older son::
UCR: Feb 1 through March
UCSC: Around March 15 (all in 1 day based upon last name)
UCD: Around March 15
UCSD: March 22
UCLA: March 25
UCB: March 27
UCM: Around March 15
UCI: March 1 daily notifications before 9 am

These dates can change. Also URM’s, Regent Scholars and athletes usually hear sooner.

Based off past years…
(2011: Error;
2012: Error;
2013: Error)

This is my best guess on UC’s decision dates.
UCB: 3/27 (CONFIRMED: States it on the UCB Student Portal)
UCLA: 3/21
UCSD: 3/15
UCD: 3/14
UCSB: 3/19 (CONFIRMED: Was stated in the UCSB Application Confirmation email)
UCI: Honors notification goes out now; decisions come out in batches

Will the uc’s send acceptances during the weekends?

Berkeley - all decisions will become available at myBerkeleyApplication on March 27, 2013 (confirmed)

Davis - all decisions should become available at MyAdmissions around mid-March

Irvine - decisions for Campuswide Honors Program and Regents went out February 11, 2014; the rest of the decisions will come out in batches at MyAdmission and Message Center from March 1, 2014 to the end of March (confirmed)

UCLA - all decisions should become available at Admission Decisions in late March

Merced - decisions will come out in batches at MyUCMerced between March 1 and March 30 (confirmed)

Riverside - decisions for scholarship recipients went out January 14, 2014; the rest of the decisions will come out in batches at MyUCR between February 1 and March 31 (confirmed)

Santa Barbara - all decisions will become available at application status on March 17, 2014 (confirmed)

Can someone post the open house days for UCD, UCB, UCSD, and UCLA?

On my D’s portal for UCD it says admission decisions will be the end of March.

Update
A commenter online stated she called UCI’s admissions office to ask when decisions will come out and they said the end of this week or beginning of next week.

Source: Error;

(Btw in my earlier post, I put UCSB’s decision date as 3/19 but it’s 3/17!)

Decisions for UC Davis are coming out on the 14th

When the decisions are ready, the UC’s send an email notification stating that the decision is ready, correct? Most other colleges that I applied to did that but a few did not.

Error;

All dates confirmed

^Nice! Good info. Now we can stop checking the portal until those dates.

This is what my daughter’s counselor sent out today:

Berkeley 3/27
Davis 3/14
Irvine 3/17-3/21
Los Angeles 3/21 (early evening)
Merced 3/6 rolling
Riverside 1/14 rolling
San Diego 3/15
Santa Barbara 3/17
Santa Cruz 3/15

Anyone apply for their musical theater dept?

Anyone know if these decisions would be available early morning? UCSD Decisions tomorrow :p

Did anyone hear from Davis, because I heard from Irvine today, but nothing from Davis…?
