My friend got in UCLA from IVC. I think the best cc myth doesn't matter decision at all.</p>

<p>Hmm. How difficult is an appeal? Would sending in recommendations and such supplementary information be enough to warrant a reversal, or are they looking for significant technical errors in the application, nothing else?</p>

<p>They're looking for errors, grade changes, grade petitions, things that weren't already on your application.</p>
