You have to mess with the formatting of the class name. If you type it in wrong, it will not show as transferrable. IE "Biology" "Introduction to Biology" "Introductory Biology" etc., try to match it up with the name in the college catologue.

Yes, definitely find the exact name of the class in your school catalog- down to the period. I originally put in a Business 100 class as BUS 100 and was very upset when it did not show up as being transferrable..However, after checking in the catalog, I realized the class name was actually "BUS. 100" with a period and then it worked.

ok i have a few questions. hopefully yall arent going to crazy with the halloween candy

1) for the lettergrade dropdown on the online application theres a selections AR (academic renewal). i retook a calc class this summer(that i failed in spring 06) and im not sure on which class to put the AR onto. do i put it on the failed grade and put an actual letter grade on the retake?

2) i know filing starts tomorrow. does that mean i wont have a chance to read and revise what i have unchanged prior to nov 1?

im so confused :(

you can submit after nov 1 can't you?

nov is when filing begins...it ends at the end of the month..you can submit tomorrow but u dont have to

Do you guys think having a GPA under the average for UCLA or UCB would mean automatic rejection?

Yes, they ask you to write personal statements and fill in your extracurriculars just for kicks. The adcoms are twisted like that.

I'm just real concerned because Biz Econ has an average of 3.81, and I have a 3.79 that might go to a 3.75 after this Fall.

Well if 3.81 is the average that means they accepted those with gpa's above and below that...

or....EVERYONE had a 3.81!
