Anyone have any thoughts about University of Colorado at Boulder? I have just been looking up colleges and this one looked very nice, so I was wondering what you guys think of it.

Awesome location and it's def in my opinion, one of the best colleges to go to experience wise - as in partying, having fun, etc. A friend of mine applied ED to there this year.

Even though I live right by it (and go to school in Boulder), I don't have too much knowledge on its academics since I'm not going to go there. Boulder is a nice place to be, though, and I think it has a very high PhD per capita compared to any other city in the U.S. Also a pretty liberal city as well. Good view of the Flatirons, too.

I have a cousin and a friend at CU Boulder. My cousin is majoring in either Chinese or Physics, not sure what my friend is majoring in. I don't know much about it, but I took the online tour, and it's a beautiful campus.
