@domer68 What do they mean by billing statement is ready for review? Have you logged on to see what it means?
@JamesB007 yes we know that the system updates daily. The point I was making was that up until later this morning the system had stopped updating as of 1/25. Was wondering if that meant anything but I doubt it since it finally updated this morning to today’s date.

It fixed itself when i completely closed, waited a few min and then reopened. Has it worked for you yet?

@domer86 yeah it happened to me too and I completely quit out of the browser rather than just closing out of it, which worked.
the email has a link to www.testudo.umd/Financial.html. When I click on it it asks for a User ID. When i try to verify my information with brithdate, last name and last 5 of SS, it doesnt recongize the info.

When did you all pay your application fee? That might be what that is about because I got that email back in November a couple weeks after paying my application fee.
Recently. I was expecting a waiver and didn’t get it. I’m sure that is the reason.
Hello All, I’m a parent of a Junior and I also got the email about the billing statement. I use the Terp Payment Plan and when I viewed the billing statement, it showed a 0 balance, which is correct for us. I believe this is just a glitch and I don’t know if it related in any way to the upcoming decisions
