Wow… Less than 48 hours until Michigan hands us our fates.
So close but so far
.
All A’s are 4.0s, all B’s are 3.0s, etc…
And a reminder to everyone that they won’t reject anyone in this batch of decisions, you’ll either be accepted or deferred
Are you sure!?!
If they’ll follow the trend seen for the past several years then I’ll be correct, no reason to see why they’d change it now
So…out of curiosity has everyone taken 4 years of a foreign language?? Will 3 be adequate??
I took 3. Tbh, I don’t think it would be a dealbreaker for any school. They’d prefer 4 but I don’t think they’d deny/defer solely on that basis. As long as you took rigorous courses in place of it, you’ll be just fine @kooliema
I’m in IB Span V. I think req. is just 2 years, but I mean the more, the more competitive, you know?
@angelacgeorge me! I’m also an IB student hoping that all that IB stress is going to pay off…lol
one more day of waiting!
@alexxxcee Awesome! Yeah seriously, me too. What courses are you taking? I’m always interested in the lives of fellow IBers.
@angelacgeorge This year my courses include
- IB Physics HL 2
-IB Spanish SL - IB English HL 2
-IB History of the Americas HL 2
-AP Calc AB
-IB Theatre Arts HL 2 - IB Theory of Knowledge
what about you !? by the way good luck Friday, fellow IBer !!
@alexxxcee good luck to you as well! I am in:
AP Psych
IB Math SL
IB HOA II HL
IB Econ II SL
IB English II HL
IB Bio III SL
IB Span V HL
Sucks you have TOK, my school had us take it junior year. But we just turned in our TOK essay this week… hahahahahahahah
@AcceptableName Can’t we do both?
almost there guys!
Was it insane to apply to CoE with a 32 ACT? The score always irritated me but I never had time to fix it.
@infiniteCircle 32 is awesome m8 - not insane in the least. Beyond a threshold, it doesn’t matter what your scores are. A 32 shows that you’re competitive enough and can handle the coursework - which is exactly what they wanna see. Beyond it, they’ll look at your other stuff. So relax, you did well :’)
Thank you @McKilla99 that relieves so much of my recent stress. One more day.
