3.0
27 ACT
Got deferred.
Do I even have a realistic chance...
Have Sports. Clubs. Volunteer Hours 150+. Decent to Good essays.

It’ll be tough. I’m assuming that GPA is UW, and it is on the lower side of the spectrum. You do have a realistic chance but it is no that high. You have to rely now on the strength of your ECs and essays.

I strongly suggest that you wait a few years and transfer if you really like UMich otherwise I think you should apply to some safeties! Chance back please!

In state or OOS?

I am in state. I have Great EC. I should have tired harder this year and got a 4.0 first semester cause they will look at those. hopefully 3-4 A’s and 2 C’s.
I have applied at MSU got Denied.
Got accepted to WAYNE, CMU and U of M Dearborn
Also the best part is I just applied to Miami of Ohio, and ASU (Arizona State) which im pretty sure ill at least get into ASU and they have a better Engineering program then MSU.
What i did wrong was put engineering on my U of M app instead of LSA cause LSA is easier to get into I have heard.

BUMP I guess

I’m out of state, GPA 3.8, SAT 2070 and I was deferred early action. Was wondering my chances
