University of Michigan?

I'm torn between applying for the school of Engineering for Chemical Engineering, or LSA for Computer Science. (but I believe a dual degree is possible) Anyway...
Female, Asian, currently a junior
In-state (but lived in Seattle freshman year, dad's in the military)
UW GPA: 3.986
Ranking: 26 out of 400-ish
ACT Composite: 33
Haven't take the SAT yet, but I probably won't submit that to UofM anyway
PSAT: 210
APs: Junior year-Stats and US Gov (no scores received yet), Senior year-will be taking English Lit and Calc
A few honors math and english classes in freshman and sophomore year that I don't quite remember
Senior schedule: AP Eng Lit, AP Calc, College Prep Physics, Computer Programming II (hopefully), TRAC (engineering class), plus a few other non-academic electives

I only have a few EC's...
Been playing guitar and piano since 7th grade
Part of a community music program in 9th grade, was in a band that performed at Hard Rock Cafe Seattle
French Club junior and sophomore year
Volunteer 4+ hours a week at a crisis hotline center since beginning of junior year (I'd say around 150 hrs by now), which included an additional 65 hours of "Empathy training"
Not really any awards or anything :( I got an award in elementary school from Kumon for doing Algebra before junior high, but I'm assuming that doesn't count for anything, haha.

In addition to UofM, it'd be great if you guys could also consider my chances for Michigan Tech, University of Washington Seattle, UC Berkeley (or any of the UCs), and NYU Poly. Thanks!

edit: French club junior and senior* year

You should get in to all of those but UC Berkeley

you’re in state with a fantastic unweighted GPA you’re going to get into U Mich no problem even the engineering school. As for the rest of the schools listed you should get in and you do stand a decent chance at Berkley.

I would say you’re in at all of them especially U of Michigan because they really emphasize the gpa and yours is very high. The only one that might be iffy is Berkeley just because you’re OOS and it’s always uncertain but you stand a decent chance. Good luck!
You should be a match for UMich. Just make sure you may declare Michigan resident on the application. Being in state makes a lot of difference. A girl applying to CoE would have some benefit too as there are less than 25% female students in CoE. For Berkeley, it would be a low reach for oos engineering. Check if you can really afford it before applying. Unless you get a very good financial aid (which is not likely), it would be much more expensive than UMich in state. Also, you will get need met at Michigan as in state student.
