University of Minnesota - Help in Applying

After months of college searching, and visits and all that, I think i've finally found the college I want to attend. The only thing is , I'm not sure I I have the resume to be accepted by the University of minnesota.

3.3 GPA (3 AP's 1 honors, 1 university in high school class through senior year)
1330 SAT (CR+M)

Took college algebra with trigonometry at local CC, got a 4.0.

Will I get in?

What can I do to increase my chances?

Maybe apply to the liberal arts college?

I know that the university doesn't require an essay or recommendations, will sending in either or both of those in crease my chances by that much?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, and I will chance back

The CSE transfer process is competitive. People definitely do transfer from CLA, but it’s a bit of a risky thing to count on.
