University of North Texas-Denton or University of Texas-Dallas(Accounting major)

Hi

I was considering which college to go to in Dallas.
The most discussed ones in Dallas seem to be UT Dallas or UNT other then SMU(Most expensive)
UT Dallas offers a BS Degree in accounting whereas UNT offers the conventional BBA degree. Not sure if that matters much for my career in public accounting

So UNT seems like a good offer.
It's tuition is approx 16K/yr for international undergraduate.
But I haven't heard much about UNT's undergrad business schools. Any insight on that?

What about UT Dallas?
It's tuition is 28K+/yr approx for international undergraduate
School of management seems renowned
According to USNews and many other sites this university ranks higher.
It also seems like it has made a lot of progress even though it has just completed about 50+ years

I want to have the best for my education for accounting/finance major
And also want to have the college experience
I most probably won't live in the dorms because it's already too expensive for me.

Let me know
Is UTDallas worth the extra tuition?
Or is UNT's accounting program renowned aswell?

UNT will give you a more traditional college experience.

Thanks for your reply.
Can any one else give me a somewhat more detailed reply please.
And let me know which college is more renowned for business/accounting degrees?

UNT has recently built a new 2012 business leadership building

But I am not sure which college is better for my career?

Hello?
Can anyone help with this?

I just got my UNT acceptance email.
So should I go with UNT’s accounting program?
Or is UTDallas really worth the extra 10K?

Bump? Someone reply.

I will be a commuter anyway, so tell me according to academics and rankings

Hello? 10char
