<p>Why should someone choose one over the other? Which one is better in your opinion and why?</p>
<p>ok so. i picked penn over a full scholarship to duke. i based my decision on 1) the program (vagelos MLS) that I was invited to at penn vs. the university scholarship that i had at duke and 2) location.</p>
