I heard from my son’s guidance counselor that University of Rochester ED decisions may be coming out today. That is early! Has anyone else heard the same?

Congrats!

Did anyone apply to the HEAL program, or know more about it? You do the BA in Epidemiology OR BS in Environmental Health and then the MS in Epidemiology. You get to skip the GRE and get a reduced tuition for the MS.

I am curious how many students would really know that they want to do the MS so early. I assume that this is simply an offer and some students drop out during their BS/BA if they change their minds and switch their major to something else.

Anyway, the due date to apply has already passed, and we missed it. I am wondering if it is still worthwhile to apply. On another thread, it stated that this was quite competitive.

Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thank you.

Does anyone know when ed2 decisions will come out?

IIRC they had between 8-12 students in previous years.

As with other programs, once you are accepted the student can change their major and have no impact.

IIRC January 18th was my daughter’s year, but EDII was released rolling, usually each Thursday or Friday from that date into Feb.

ed2 where are you guys???

any decisions?

nooooo… maybe next week.

The 10th. A UR admissions counselor had posted that date a few weeks ago on another site before it was deleted.

oh really, thanks for letting us know. But isn’t it too late or the decisions of ed2 were always released around the same time?

Yeah, every year it has been around the same date.

which site, if you don’t mind?

It’s the 10th!!! Looking forward to receiving the decisions today! :candle::candle:

Are you sure? People on Reddit were saying it’s tomorrow, the 11th, from what they got back after contacting admissions office

Yeah, I just got to know that. It’s 11th!
