I’m only making assumptions based on how they released admissions in the past. Last year the majority of them were released on the third Friday in February. For us, that will mean the 20th… next week
Is my son the only auto-admit still waiting on a liberal arts major? Anyone else? He got auto-accepted in September but still no word if he got into his first choice major, Environmental Science geography track in college of liberal arts. #1 class rank and 2160 SAT (760 reading, 690 math, 710 writing).
@vs1997 Thanks. It helps those of us lost in the process. My D applied to the RTF program. We are OOS and although accepted to her second choice we are stressing over the whole thing.
@collegefind I would think with those stats the paperwork has been lost. I’d email them.
Has anyone heard of folks getting denied entrance? So far I’ve read only about acceptances.
@mnd1997 I haven’t heard of anyone getting rejected but then again people don’t advertise getting rejected like they do when they get accepted so who knows.
My status changed from “in review” to “complete” yesterday. Did it happen to anyone else? Does it mean anything?
it is impossible, you need to call the admission office on Monday.
@dana267: Are you talking about the “status” that is located on the right side of the webpage under “Freshman Admission Application”? Or are you saying at the top of the page where is says “Your application for admission is in Review” and this has changed to “Your application for admission is Complete”?

@dana267 It sounds to me that the admissions committee made a decision.
@dana267 I don’t think it means anything. My status had been in review for since November, then one day back in mid-late January my status went from “Your application for admission is in review” to “Your application for admission is complete”. A couple hours later it went back to “Your application for admission is in review”. It was really strange and kind of worried me, but now it’s been almost a month since that happened and I’m still in review. So it probably doesn’t mean anything, but we’re much closer to the admission decisions deadline now so I’m not 100% sure.
