Still waiting for three more decisions to arrive, but I've been accepted to University of the Pacific, and into the Honors program. Major will be Mechanical Engineering, and with the 70 community college units I'll have when I graduate from hs in June, think I can get the BS and MS in three years, which is one of the main reasons UOP is looking so attractive to me.
But now they've thrown a curve ball at me with an invitation to interview for the Legal Scholars program. Hadn't reallly considered law school before, and was a little confused about why they'd think there's a connection between engineering and law, but my dad was just excused from Jury Duty BECAUSE he's an engineer. There's no obligation to pursue law, but this Legal Scholars program has got me intrigued. Has anybody interviewed for it? If so, what kind of questions did they ask? Did you actually go through the program? What are your thoughts?
Thanks!
