University of Toronto vs. UBC Engineering

Hi, I am a Canadian high school student at an international school in China. I've been accepted to University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, and UBC Faculty of Applied Science. My intended major is chemical engineering.

I know that UT is more prestigious and rigorous than UBC, but UBC probably has a more beautiful and comfortable campus. The weather is also nicer. The entire city seems more livable.

The cost of UT is around 25000 CAD with room and baord, while UBC is around 20000 CAD with room and board, slightly cheaper.

UT and UBC both have good programs, but which one is better? I plan to pursue an MBA after getting my bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering. UT has the Skoll Program which I will apply to in the future (Bachelor of Applied Science + MBA). It is directly incorporated within the Faculty of Applied Science, but UBC's MBA program is in their business school so I have to apply separately after I graduate.

Based on these, which one seems better?
