<p>I have a couple of questions about UW Honors. </p>

<li>If you apply, do you need to send SAT subject test scores?</li>
<li>Is it harder to get in if you're out of state?</li>
<li>Is the program super competitive?</li>
<li>Is the program worth it? Like, is it any different from non-honors?<br></li>

<p>The UW Honors Program is like a small private school education in a big state school. Thus, like small private schools, competition is more fierce because there’s fewer spots.</p>
<p>I’m not too sure whether or not it’s tougher for OOS applicants, but I know that UW still places its allegiance to in-state students despite the severe budget cuts from the government. I’d imagine that the Honors Program is even more competitive for OOS.</p>
