I live about 2 minutes from there. East Boca has been in a bit of an uproar about some of the projects approved by the City Council.
This one looks neat though. I love the idea of a vibrant area around FAU. FAU is truly a diamond in the rough.
P.S. This will be about a 10-15 minute walk from the on-campus dorms and there will very likely be a shuttle transporting FAU people to and from University Village.
