<p>^^you're ordering is about right, its the same for almost all schools. Princeton and another Ivy (Yale??) don't look at freshman grades. Senior year is more important if you're applying RD. Even for EA, first term of senior year is very important. </p>
<p>Senior year is not as important because its only 1 term. You obviously can't weigh one term equally to your whole junior year. Remember though that admissions is generally a holistic process so you can't give definite weights to each years.</p>
<p>Godfatherbob, that actually IS the way it is at my school. Believe me, it irks me to no end to see the slacker kid next to me with a 90.1% wind up with the same A that I get, busting my butt to get a 98. And numbers/percentages are not reported on report cards or anything-- colleges really only see the letter grade (devoid of +/-).</p>
