I just took AMC 12B yesterday, and I got a 135 on it. Do you think if it is OK for me to update this info? if so, how? also if it is too late or not to do this?
(by the way, I got 127 last year and put that on the application. )
Thanks.

Your 135 isn't official and official results won't be available until early March. You can fax the score but one score won't really make a difference. Congrats on the 135..especially with the new scoring changes.

Congrats! :D

Holy cow that is 145 on the old scoring system!

Unfortunately, it is too late to update -- as Ben's blog said yesterday, yesterday was the seventh day of selection.

"Congrats!

Holy cow that is 145 on the old scoring system!"

no it's definitely not.
more like a 138~140 (1 extra point for omit)

Thank you kennyk616 good point
(guess we are both wrong  )

it would have been 137 per last years scoring ....

22*6 = 132 (problems # correct)

2* 1.5 = 3 (problems left out) (would have been 2* 2.5 = 5 here last year)

1 * 0 = 0 (problems wrong)

max would have been +2 for the problems left out

which would make the score from the old perspective 135 + 2 or 137

:)
