I'm sure this question has been asked many times before, but I can't find it.

After submitting to the maximum 6 schools? How do I submit to more? Do I simply send a "revised" FAFSA?

After submitting to the maximum 6 schools? How do I submit to more? Do I simply send a "revised" FAFSA?

Yup. FAFSA correction (after you get a SAR, usually a few days) substituting the additional schools for some of the prior ones. Be aware that any subsequent changes (actual income, for example) will only go to the schools currently listed. So you may need to do multiple corrections to get all the schools updated.

The FAFSA website says that the school you substitute OUT will NOT be sent your information. Is this true, if you do it after you get the SAR?

No. When you get your SAR, it's already been sent to the schools you initially listed. What they mean is that any changes in the FAFSA info (income changes, for example) won't go to schools that you've deleted.

Thanks for the confirmation!
