Hi, I want to know what is the deadline for Penn interview reports so that I don’t get my hopes up if that day has passed. Can anyone let me know?

My interviewer said reports were due the first few days of March (someone confirmed 2nd, I think).
My kid got an interview request yesterday for tomorrow. 2nd is the last and they need to submit it in by 3rd, we were told

Does no interview request mean the applicant will be rejected?
I presume most applicants who applied last week of Regular Decision will not get an interview request as they wont be able to find enough alumni to interview everyone. Maybe I presume wrong.

I got a personal email asking for some more fin aid documents for UPenn about 2 weeks ago, and I uploaded them into their portal. But since then I have heard nothing from them. Is it abnormal that they had to reach out and email me? Or is it just routine info
Idk I did receive an email about checking if I have everything in the financial aid portal.
Sounds normal, their decision will be on March 30th.
