<p>i think they said that decisions will be release sometime between 12:01 AM and 11 59 PM on any day from now until August 15...not including holidays and sundays of course...in addition the decisions will only be release if you happen to wear your shirt inside out, pants backwards, and green underwear...you also must close your eyes and spin around 3 times before taking apart and rebuilding your computer...then you can find out your decisions</p>

<p>i decided to call upenn like 10 seconds ago and just ask them and the lady was really friendly, </p>
<p>she said "oh you haven't heard yet? some of the transfer students have already been notified but i believe that upenn decided to not release the next batch of the majority of decisions until june 1st"</p>
