Anyone get a likely letter yet? Last year around this Thursday -Tuesday people were getting them

No likely letter yet, but DD received a personal phone call from the Associate Director of Enrollment from Penn Nursing for a second interview (first one was with local alumnus). Not sure if this is customary for all students who applied to the major. Has anyone else received a call from any divisional directors?
I would say if they are not out yet, they’ll definitely come out either today or on Monday the latest if they have the same “schedule” as in previous years. But I do expect to get a Likely Letter, I would be really lucky to get in on March 31st.
*actually, I meant on Tuesday since it’s President’s Day on Monday and I doubt that admissions works on this day.
But I read in older threads that they used to come out on a rolling basis. Does anyone know something about that?

I sent in our 2014 tax forms a few weeks ago and they said to send 2015 when available. It seems they understand not everyone can get taxes done by 2/1. We did not get all statements needed until 2/10. I put a rush on them and will be done next week…but they seem flexible on this point.
How could you guys even say things like “I expect a likely letter”? Not to be rude but how can you just decide that you’ll probably get into a school as competitive as Penn?
@anon9362 I think @Saphys meant to say that they do NOT expect to get a likely letter since they said that they would be lucky to get in on the 31st

Just to clarify: I really DO NOT expect a likely letter as Penn’s a high reach for me.
Yeah I get it now, haha. I’m in the same boat i really have no shot. Sorry I’m in a really bad mood and I’ve already lashed out at like 5 people on here so far so I think I should just stop posting for the day before I offend anybody else :))
