What is the difference between LBW and LEAD?

Um, they're both for business and four weeks at Wharton. LEAD (what I am going to) is geared toward minority students, where as LBW is more open. I think students in the LBW attend classes at Wharton (i'm not really sure what else they do) and at LEAD we take trips to visit different corporations and stuff. For those going to LBW when do you guys start?

lol tooo late to apply now..=/

Is LEAD much more competitive (admissions) than LBW?

i don't know what the admissions stats are for LBW but LEAD admits around 33% of their applicants..
