UPenn, Umich, GT, Rice...?

I've been accepted at five schools for Electrical Engineering:

Georgia Institute of Technology
University of Pennsylvania
Univeristy of Illinois - Urbana Champaign
University of Michigan
Rice University.

I'll have to pay out-of-state tution for all of them, and can't really decide which one will be the best. Any advice?
