<p>I have been accepted to both Georgetown and UPenn with comparable aid packages. I wanted to know which school I should choose since I will be studying Foreign Service at GU or International Relations at UPenn? Is Georgetown's FS program more prestigious in IR circle's than UPenn? Will UPenn's name carry more weight in IR circles? Any insight from people who have experienced similar perdicaments would be greatly appreciated.</p>
