UPitt or U Delaware? (full ride to both)

<p>I've already decided on U Delaware but I can still change if I really really wanted to. I'm kinda nervous because I visited Newark for like the 3rd time and encountered some really freaky/scary people on the streets. I'm from NY so I'm used to it but I'm still not crazy about it. I guess i'm just paranoid but I want to hear some more opinions.
Info:
I'm a pre-med that wants to be an anesthesiologist, and both schools gave me a full ride.
I'm an Intel semi finalist and a Siemens regional finalist...research is my thing and I liked Udel's labs better (not sure why).</p>

<p>Can someone list the desirable and non-desirable factors for both schools? #greatlyappreciated</p>

<p>Lol, I think UDel would be better. I live right here and hit up Main Street often. I guess some people are kind of ghetto but u will find em everywhere. However, the student body is not intellectual at all so I would never consider going there lol. Its a lot of partying and people with below average intellect. However, idk if UPitt is any better.</p>
