Upper Division Standing

<p>Is it okay to take certain upper division classes if you don’t have upper division standing? I’m a sophmore and was able to register on sisweb for an education class with the only prereq being upper division standing. Does it matter? Thanks!</p>

<p>Well, I'm sure it must if it's listed as a requirement. I'd ask someone just to be sure, although I personally think it should be alright since sisweb allowed you to sign up for it(maybe you have enough credits to classify you as an upper-classman?).</p>

<p>I know some freshman that took upper division. So you can definately do it too.</p>
